CBN ya ƙara da cewa ta riga ta sanar da bankunan da lamarin ya shafa cewa za a cire tarar kai-tsaye daga asusun bankunan da ke wajensa.

CBN ya ci bankuna 9 tarar N1.35bn kan rashin saka kuɗi a ATM

Babban bankin Nijeriya, (CBN) ya yi shelar ƙaƙaba wa bankuna 9 tarar naira biliyan 1.35 kan rashin saka wa mutane kuɗi a ATM a lokacin bukukuwan Kirsimeti.

Bankin ya ƙara da cewa ya ci tarar ko wane daga cikin bankunan naira miliyan 150 saboda bincike a rassan bankuna ya tabbatar da rashin bin umurnin CBN game da samar wa mutane takardar kuɗi.

Daraktar watsa labarai a CBN, Hakama Sidi Ali, ta tabbatar da wannan a wata sanarwar inda ta ce “ tabbatar da samun takardar kuɗi na da muhimmanci wajen tabbatar da amincewar jama’a tare da ɗorewar tattalin arziƙi”.

Babban bankin ya bayyana cewa matakin ya biyo bayan gargaɗin da ya yi ta nanatawa ne ga bankuna su tabbar da cewa ana samun takardun kuɗi musamman lokacin da aka fi buƙatar su.

CBN na so bankuna su karbi adireshin soshiyal midiya na kwastamomi

CBN ta ce bankuna da lamarin ya shafa sun haɗa da Fidelity Bank Plc da First Bank Plc da Keystone Bank Plc da kuma Union Bank Plc.

Sauran sun haɗa da Globus Bank Plc da Providus Bank Plc da Zenith Bank Plc da United Bank for Africa Plc da kuma Sterling Bank Plc.

CBN ya ƙara da cewa ta riga ta sanar da bankuna da lamarin ya shafa cewa za a cire tarar kai tsaye daga asusun bankunan da ke wajensa.

Sidi Ali ta ce, “CBN ba zai yi ƙsa gwiwa ba wajen sake ɗaukar matakan ladabtarwa kan ko wane banki da ya bijere wa umurninsa ba game da samawar wa mutane takardun kuɗi ba.”

Ta ƙara da cewa bincike da sa-ido da CBN ke yi zai ci gaba da sa iso kan yadda ake ɓoye takardun kuɗi a bankuna da kuma wuraren masu sana’ar POS.

Ta kuma ƙara da cewa CBN na aiki tare da jami’an tsaro domin fatattakar masu sayar da takardun kuɗi ba bisa ƙa’ida ba da kuma ɗabbaka iyakar naira miliyan 1.2 a rana da aka sanya wa masu sana’ar POS.
